Driving Directions
You can exit I-405 from either the North or the South, at either
NE 8th Street or NE 4th Street.
From the NE 8th Street Exit: Go EAST on NE 8th, through
the first stoplight, over the railroad tracks, and turn RIGHT/South
at the second stoplight at 120th Avenue NE; when Home Depot is on
your right, our Black Glass Cubes/Eastridge Corporate Center complex
is straight ahead on the far side of the street; 120th AVENUE NE
BECOMES NE 1st Street, as it turns to the RIGHT/west.
From the NE 4th Street Exit: Go EAST and turn
RIGHT/South on 116th Avenue NE, then turn LEFT/East/uphill/at the
stoplight at SE 1st Street , go through the next stoplight/Main
Street, and as SE 1st Street becomes NE FIRST STREET, turn
RIGHT/South into the 2nd driveway, where you’ll see the second sign
pictured below.
The 2nd driveway from either direction is right below our
building. You enter our building FROM THE TOP SIDE/South, and
can park up at the top of the parking lot, where the VISITORS
PARKING SPACES are in front of the main door.
